A man can be respected at work and still be absent at home.
He can solve problems, lead teams, provide financially, and carry responsibility all week, yet give his family only what is left of him.
Brother, leadership begins at home.
Your family does not need a perfect man. They need a present one.
They need a man who listens without looking at his phone. A man who prays with them, keeps his word, admits when he is wrong, and brings peace into the room instead of carrying every frustration through the front door.
Providing matters.
But presence matters too.
Your wife and children may never fully understand the pressure you carry, but they will remember how they felt when you were around. They will remember whether you made time, whether you listened, and whether your faith was something you lived or only something you talked about.

Father, help me lead my home with humility, patience, and love. Forgive me for the times I have been physically present but emotionally absent.
